When he took over the company it was contingent on him, if he was not there then stuff didn’t get done. If a service technician had a problem they called Alan, if a client had a problem they called Alan, if the bookkeeper had a problem she called Alan … sound familiar.
Through working with a business coach Alan grew and evolved his business so that in 2013 he took a 5 week four wheel drive odyssey with his son and some friends. They were out of contact for this whole time. When he returned he was able to catch up in less than half a day. He had made himself redundant from the daily operations of his business. Since 2012 Alan has been working as a business coach and mentor for his own clients as well as a contractor for the Polaris Centre (part of the City of Salisbury in South Australia) Alan is passionate about eliminating entrepreneurial slavery. That is the trapped feeling that many small business owners have. Where you feel like your business controls you, you don’t control it. But there is a different way!

In 2001, John developed the 6 Secrets ™ to any business, whilst creating the original business camp program. The event was first run in 2002 for 47 people and after 4 events held in South Australia, the events went to the National scale.
With 10 National events now already completed, the content of the program has evolved and developed, bringing in many new strategies, ideas and thought processes, but the core 6 Secrets ™ methodology remains. This methodology has been used and mastered by thousands of businesses and the results have been fantastic.
